Acushla Foods is parked at the foot of Croagh Patrick, just outside of Westport in Co. Mayo, Ireland. They serve coffee that hits the spot and fresh nourishing food that is locally sourced. Acushla is woman-owned and community-driven, and their energy is absolutely infectious. You’ll also get to meet Ciara and her beautiful business partner, Adara, at various festivals and events around Ireland - All Together Now and Wild & Well we’re their last for 2025.

Benji Bower — One of the UK’s most acclaimed and dynamic composers for theatre, Benji has been nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Music at the Olivier Awards, recorded at Maida Vale for Gilles Peterson, and scored the multi-award-winning film TOM by Wilke Branson. His collaborations span Bonobo, Mark Pritchard, Alice Russell, Kathleen Frances, and the Heritage Orchestra, and he co-produced the critically acclaimed Unforscene. Benji has also composed widely for television across all major broadcasters.

Maria is an Australian film production and post-production professional with a background in logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Beginning her television journey through a VicScreen placement with the Neighbours Post-Production team, she has since supported broadcast sport workflows and developed a strong interest in broadcast and post environments. A 2024 Rise Women in Broadcast mentee (ANZ), Maria is currently focused on Production Assistant and Production Coordinator roles and enjoys photography, theatre, and exploring bookstores.

Muriel Laradi - Kinesiologist & Energy Worker
Muriel is an energy worker whose journey has taken her from Cameroon to France and ultimately to West Cork, Ireland. She discovered Kinesiology 24 years ago, a turning point that deepened her intuition and understanding of energy. Trained in Reiki Usui and Reiki Karuna, she later expanded her practice through coaching and dynamic Sophrology—a mind–body approach that blends meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, visualisation, and relaxation. These modalities brought clarity and cohesion to her work. Today, she offers intuitive energy and ancestral healing, as well as home energy cleansing.
